@moral_lads: I can’t put into words how free I feel right now! This last season of being stuck at home, unable to move or find comfortable rest, especially after the last 10 years of life being fight or flight since I left home at 18, has been EXTREMELY HARD! The mental battle is coming to an end, and today I’m finally walking free again! I’ll make a video sharing more details about the burnout and the follow-on lower limb shutdown effects, but I honestly thank God for healing me and allowing me another go, this time with much more balance 😉
