@abbeyncarter: So much of my post partum results came from simply tracking my macros! I didn’t always have the energy to give lifting the attention I should but I prioritize nutrition and my mental health & I believe that set me up for a successful fat loss journey post partum! 10 months pp & I am still trying to get back to a CONSISTENT lifting routine & learning how to balance this new mom life!
