So I knew someone and her son Ozzy was non verbal and barked at people, she did a deep parasite cleanse with turpentine (which reaches the brain) and Ivermectin and he slowly started talking stopped barking, I ended up moving and don’t know how things are but ya know it’s worth a shot.
