The phrase "Always tip your bartender." includes other professions like tattoo artists and hair styles. This is not to say tip any and all of them you go to, unless you want to, this is ment more as a tip the person whos doing a good enough job that you might think "Huh maybe ill come back here next time I want (insert professions specialty here)." cause that shows they left a good impression, you liked the work they did, and you trust them enough to be stuck with for an extended period of time... again.

I don't usually tend to tip based on where I got them (only have 6 2 done at tattoo parties 2 at a shop and 2 at my cousin's house). I would tip in handmade leather goods if they wanted.
