They have insurance and they get all their money back and more. Meanwhile the employees lose their jobs. The community loses money for the surrounding restaurants and small business. Oh and the best thing is you lose your freedom and you have a shot load of restitution you have to pay. There’s better ways of coming together to make a better work place. Or look for a better job.
