I have type 2 diabetes. One thing I’ve learned is having a small serving of fruit with zero sugar yogurt, (like “Too Good”), makes a big difference. Your portion here is considered a large portion of fruit. Everyone’s body reacts differently, but portion sizes play a very big part in blood sugar levels. Small portions eaten with a protein js a better choice.
