If Boruto dies in the end of BTBV, Sarada will become the Hokage and live until her death, which is not a full happy ending for both but not a bed ending at the same time. But if BTBV has a happy ending, it won't last long either. Boruto is an Ōtsutsuki, which means he will live forever or thousands of years unless someone kills him. On the other hand, Sarada is a human which makes her a mortal. She can use byakugou if she gets it not to get older but that wouldn't make her live forever. And in the end, Sarada would die anyway and Boruto would live for a thousand years or even more without her.

its not a bad theory but boruto being a full otsosuki wont stop him from ageing, or being immortal since hes not fully fused with Momoshiki. And boruto became a full otsosuki when he was 12-13 so hes still aged. But if momo takes over his body in the future permanently then he wouldn't age
