To everyone asking if they’re cheaper, YESSSS! Save up and go to Europe. I bought 2 LV bags (neo noe & Alma bb) and a YSL clutch in 2023 in Paris and it was $3800 total. Then I got maybe $400 back in a VAT Tax refund bc I’m not a citizen there and the tax is built into the price you pay for the bag. Hope this helps! :)
