@.erik.e: Calisthenics workout of the day! If you made it past 30… you’re already ahead of most people. But 60 seconds? Want the slim waist and lean body of an athlete?? Comment how long you lasted alternating raising your legs… no lying. Share this with someone who thinks they’re strong. Save it… and come back to beat your time. 60 secs…That’s where everything starts getting exposed. If you can hold this for 30–60 seconds… your body starts looking athletic again… your waist tightens and pulls in… and your core locks in like a belt. If you push it further… your hips open up… your posture fixes itself… and your glutes actually start doing their job. Add the leg lift? Now you’re building real athletic power… faster, stronger, more controlled movement. And yes… the more muscle you activate like this in the leg lift stage… the more your body turns into a an athletic fat-burning machine. This is where weak links show up. Not in heavy lifts. Not in machines. Right here… when your body has to work as one system. I had to rebuild this after double hip replacement… and this position doesn’t let you cheat. You either have control… or you don’t. So don’t stop at 30. Push to 45. Then earn 60. That’s where your body actually starts changing.
