Just to clarify, I did what I could in that moment. I gave him water, let him in, and tried to comfort him, but I’m still a high school student with limited means. I may not be able to help in a big way, but I chose to share this video to raise awareness about what many Filipinos are going through. I hope this helps people understand the situation better and encourages others who are able to extend help. Thank you for understanding 🙏

naalala ko yung batang na encounter ko na bumili ng maliit na stuff toy sa Japan surplus, nag bayad sya ng ₱20, galing sa pamamalimos. Siguro 5-6 yrs. old palang sya, maya maya bumalik sya sa store tapos tinatanong yung bantay kung pwede ibalik yung stuff toy, kasi napagalitan daw sya ng mama nya. What I did is, hindi ko na ipinabalik yung stuff toy, binigyan ko nalang sya ng pera para di sya pagalitan at the same time may laruan sya. Until now, tuwing bumibisita ako sa lugar na yon lagi nya kong binabati, pinakilala nya pa ko sa mga kaibigan nya🥺
