I will avoid truworths till I die. The amount of times I’ve ordered online and then they refund me after I’ve ordered because they are out of stock. Like bro update your levels online daily!

UPDATE TO THE VIDEO: @Truworths reps contacted me on Saturday and confirmed a convenient time to have the outstanding parcel hand delivered to my door and arranged for the refunds to be processed at the same time. Thanks to those involved in getting the issue sorted out in such a smooth manner.

At the Cornubia branch, the staff take about 10 mins just to acknowledge you at the online collection queue, only to say please join the normal queue...followed by an experience similar to yours🫠

Its absolutely horrible. I once waited 40 minutes for them to find my order. Only for there to be 7 separate bags and for the security tag to go off one of the bags when I exited the store.

I stopped collecting in-store because of this and I opted for home delivery and I also regretted that because they kept me busy for 2weeks delivering my items one by one

I waited for nearly an hour at the Westwood branch while they looked for my parcels. And their aircon doesn't work so it's so insanely hot while you wait... while the staff at the cash desk have a fan blowing directly onto them.

I ordered 13 items. They packed it in 12 different bags. Waited forever for them to find it. Came home to find one item still has the security tag.

I’ve had the same experience at the La Lucia branch. There seems to be no control, the manager is ineffective, and the queues are always long. They struggle to locate online orders, and the service feels noticeably different when you’re there to collect an order. I’ve actually stopped going to the La Lucia branch because of this. You have to call for assistance, especially during lunchtime when there are no cashiers available. Wake up, Truworths — this level of service is unacceptable

Had exactly the same experience. Then I went on holiday and couldn’t collect. Not even a week later I got a message saying it’s been returned 😅
