@_chrisinthekitchen: Boursin Sausage Pasta 🤍 6 sausages (your choice) 150g dried pasta 1 red onion 100g frozen peas 35g parmesan 50ml single cream 50g boursin cream cheese Fresh parsley 1 tbsp tomato puree 2 garlic cloves 200ml vegetable stock Seasoning: 1 tsp each: garlic granules, onion granules, Italian seasoning, oregano & pinch of red chilli flakes - fry your red onion for few mins then skin and add your sausages to the pan and break up then season with the above - add your garlic & tomato puree and cook for a further 1-2 mins then add your stock, single cream & boursin and bring to a gentle simmer - Stick pasta on and cook as per Instructions, 5 mins to end add your parmesan, frozen peas and fresh parsley - once pasta is ready add to the pan, stir thoroughly, top with red chilli flakes (optional) and serve #mealideas #DinnerIdeas #pastatiktok #EasyRecipes #easymeals
