I think because of the Economic system that we have? The market Economy I think, where the government can’t intervene due to that private firms won’t allow it. But I hope they could resolve this problem sooner or later because me either don’t know what to do with the degree I’m currently pursuing

I'm not from the government, but I'd like to share my thoughts here. Hindi po kasi lahat hawak ng government dahil mostly ng companies sa pinas ay private. Kapag ginawa po kasi ng govt ang gusto niyo, may possibility na mas mababa pa ang sahod na makukuha niyo dahil makikipag bargain pa jan mga private companies. Kahit naman po sa ibang bansa, kayo po ang maghahanap ng trabaho ang pinagkaiba lang ay mga benefits at support na binibigay ng govt. Hindi rin naman po kasalanan ng govt na hindi related sa degree ang work mo kasi ikaw ang pumirma niyan. Madami po talaga ang nagsisumula sa wala at unrelated course na job, pero gumagawa din sila ng paraan para mapunta sa tamang landas at related sa tinapos nila. May job fair po ang municipality at other former universities niyo. yung gusto niyo po ay hindi pwede dahil sa mga private companies.

Nag job fair ako tas puro work experience hanap tas pag mag aapply ng service crew sasabihin over qualified, nakapasok lang ako sa work dahil may backer hahaha

it's not that government can't provide. sadyang kulang tayu sa investors because of our current system na may 60/40 policy so walang investors na mag invest or mag lagay ng company didto sa Philippines kasi lugi.. imagine if our economy is open like Singapore marami sana yung trabaho kaysa applicants.

What she mean ata is dapat after graduated may nakaabang or naghihintay na trabaho or bibigyan na ng trabaho hindi yung kailangan pa nila maghintay o magpakahirap maghanap ng mapapsukan nilang trabaho

E pano maka work nag hahanap ng atleast 1 or 2 years experienced, pano na pag fresh grad? Pwedi naman siguro mag trained kahit 1week lang tas pag di maayos performance mo pwedi ka mag apply ulit with good performance na. Bigyan sana lahat ng chance para maka work.
