Sorry, I was told by my multiple doctors . There is nothing that can be done after a C-section. I ended up with a tummy tuck, which was the best decision I ever made for myself.

As a massage therapist I would move toward your lymph nodes so middle of the abdomen and along the leg / groin. You can just google image lymph system and it will show you where along the abdomen and lower half. Just a tip. 💕
