I grew up in a small town so this may not be an option in your area. in 3rd grade we each wrote a small book that the teacher put into a time capsule that was sent to the high school to be opend the week before graduation. it was funny and embarrassing to read them in English class 9 years later.

i don't know if you saw that video about the positive childhood experiences, that are protective against ACEs, but having one adult they trust is a protective measure for kids against mental illness, chronic illness, and so much more. you're a super hero 🩷
