I’m retired now and am going thru this currently. As a younger me , starting in 9th grade I washed my hair EVERY DAMN DAY tIL eternity or retirement , whichever came first.

So much THIS! I spend way too much mental energy on this between looking at plans for the week and also figuring out outfits (because some look better with my hair down) and also being a very sweaty person in the gym and factoring in the limitations of dry shampoo in battling this. 😂

My hair gets so greasy at the tender age of 49 and perimenopausal, that I HAVE to wash every other day. Minoxidil also doesn't help lol

I have scalp psoriasis, so I have this amplified. Also cant sleep with wet hair so you gotta plan how to dry it.
