I love cable crunches. I do two sets of 25 reps and progressively overload and that’s done so much more for me. I also do cable wood chops hi-low with the rope attachment. I still do dead bugs and traps for the lower abdomen but for upper abs and obliques the cable is boss.

I always do this one when training abs. BUT often times I feel it in my lower back as well 🥲 I have gotten better at it but what's a tip to only feel it in the abs and not in the lower back too?

is it too much if i do 3 series of cable crunch at the lat machine and then , a circuit with hollow body hold at the start then for 2 series hanging leg raises and for the other decline crunch with push up at the end of every series?
