@ben_physiotherapy: 💥 APLEY’S TEST 💥 Primarily used for identifying meniscus tears (but can also identify ligament pathology). Patient is prone with knee at 90 degree flexion. Both distraction (pulling upward) and compression with rotation should be used to identify either/both ligament and meniscal pathology.
