This is coming from a guy that doesn’t want a year after year after year. There were throws that gunner Stockton through that should’ve been caught. The receivers did not. So why keep doing when they’re just gonna drop it do what you can know will work.

Gunner reminds me a lot of Jake Fromm in his junior year when he held the ball too long and tried to not make a mistake. Also, is Steve Smith a scout? I didn’t think so!! Just because your a great player doesn’t mean your a great coach in fact how many great players are great coaches very few. It’s usually the average player who excels by having a smart football IQ ends up being a great coach.

I love my Dawgs but Steve is right. Everyone wants to point fingers at Bobo but he calls the plays designed to Gunner strengths. They discuss Branch n Bell but Noah wasn’t utilized except fr the home gm against ole miss. He was used more at Texas A&M n let’s not get on lack touches by Delp. Them boyz draft stock got tainted but bcuz of UGA n Kirby rep of hardworking players they’ll still get drafted. Yea Bobo call bonehead plays at times but Gunner just wasn’t lookin thru progressions and seeing the field well. He’s gotta take velocity off the ball and put better touch which will improve the accuracy and tht starts with throwing mechanics. His middle of field vision is terrible n the height ordeal is a poor excuse when u got Chambliss Thts shorter makin those throws. He’s tough n tru GA boy but Thts only gonna get him so far. Pollack was right also when he said if Gunner don’t improve his downfield vision n throwing UGA won’t win a natty.
