•450g coconut cream
•250g condensed milk
•120g coconut liqueur
•Ice cubes
•100g sugar (optional)
•100g cold water or pineapple juice Instructions: 1.Cut the pineapple into chunks. Set a few aside for garnish if desired. 2.In a blender, combine Fresh pineapple,Coconut liqueur, Coconut cream, Condensed milk and Sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy. 3.Strain the blended mixture for a smoother texture. 4.Fill a pitcher with ice cubes and a few pineapple chunks. 5.Pour the mixture into the pitcher.
