Over here in Arizona, we’re taking our hair darker for fall even though it’s still 100°! 😂 I’m convinced this will bring on the good weather. 🍂🤎 When taking any of my clients from lighter to darker, I really love utilizing⁠ @L’Oréal Professionnel Dia Color. Because it’s an alkaline demi, it gives you up to six weeks of beautiful gloss and shine. I also find that the coverage is a little more opaque because of the alkalinity, which I especially love when working with clients who have some gray. For her roots, I used 4N with 15 volume, which gave her a little French blending through her grays. For the ends, I used equal parts 8.3 + 6.84 to create this gorgeous, rich brunette tone. 🤎 And how cute is it that I wrote the color formula directly on the hair with the toner bottle?! I saw this idea from another creator @Adina Pignatare and had to recreate it!!! It was just too cute! This is definitely not my original concept, but I couldn’t resist. 🥹 All of my clients also receive a mask treatment in my salon. I feel like this extra step really gives their hair that luxurious feeling when they leave. For this client, I used the Metal Detox Mask, which helps prevent future metal buildup in the hair and can help support beautiful, long-lasting color. And if you really want to elevate the service, I highly recommend adding at least one pack of keratin bond extensions. They truly give the hair that extra-rich, dimensional brunette look. ✨ Dark hair for fall?
