I use a good smelling, light-weight leave-in conditioner, then brush it out so it’s damp to the touch but not wet at all. Like baaaaaareeeelyyyyy damp. Then wrap it in socks. I literally get stopped on the street about my hair every time

I dry my hair to about 90%, put them in heartless curls, sleep in a satin bonnet overnight and in the morning they’re perfect.

lol my hair will not work w any of these tips 😭 if you have straight hair like me, it has to be damp when you’re setting the curls. Then oil after. Heatless curls dry won’t work on a lot of hair types

I’ve been putting a splash of perfume in my spray bottle and it makes my hair smell sooo good (also do this for my daughters spray bottle and baby cologne and she smells so subtly good the whole day)

btw do not spray with water to the point it’s dampish, a light mist would help hold it but to much water can mess up the curls
