That’s not forgiveness. You just placed it at the back of your mind and thought if you moved on it’ll be okay but realized you’re not okay. Forgiveness means healing physically, emotionally and spiritually. It’s hard for us to truly forgive because we are humans and our mind keeps a record of the hurts.
