Not trying to brag as a dad but I’ve made sure my wife has not changed a single diaper yet going into day 6. What she just went through in 9 months and a 13 hour labor, I’ll take being tired knowing she’s well rested and still healing.

all these comments bagging on your husband make me sad. my husband sleeps like a rock because he works like a dog. im due next month and fully prepared to do night shifts alone because he provides so I can stay home and care for our baby. god bless your little family ❤️

I don’t miss nights like this my last one (11 yrs old now) gave me a run for my money he cried a lot and I suffered from ppd all while being left with a newborn. Anywho you’re doing a great job mom.

I let my husband sleep through the night with my first born because I was exclusively breastfeeding AND he was back to work right away. I’m going to let him do that with my second also so he can deal with our toddler so I don’t have to. Don’t judge dad here you never know what their choice of set up is.
