If you want tofu noodles, get pressed tofu/tofu skin sheets. You may have to cut them yourself but it’ll probably be cheaper

I need to know where I can buy premade seitan in different forms. Like I want a “chicken breast” style seitan without having to try and make it myself. Why doesn’t this exist?

I tried them from a local company here in Montréal and was disappointed. It's just tofu in the form pf a noodle. I payd mine half price but it's not worth full price. You can do it yourself!
