@ntforge: My sons, my dad and I reclaimed some copper from some old electronics. We melted down the wire into a pair of bar ingots. Hopefully it'll be nice raw material for future casting of knife parts. The bars themselves ended up porous and bubbly, mostly because of contaminants I have been unable to remove from the bar mold. #melting #casting #metalcasting #copper #foryoupage
