It’s so hard to watch 😔💔 7-year-old Jenny is still waiting for a forever home 🙏 Sadly, this is the reality for many adult dogs 😔 While the puppies get adopted quickly, our wonderful adult dogs can wait months to find a family 💔 Jenny is a beautiful girl with a gentle heart, who is going through a big life change 🙏 After years with her family, she was surrendered when they could no longer afford to care for her 😔 Jenny is sweet and friendly, and has lived with adults, children as young as one year old, and other dogs. She is crate trained, knows sit and paw, and does well during baths. She has a calm and loving nature and does not growl or bark at other animals. Her experience with cats is unknown. Right now, Jenny seems a bit timid and unsure of her surroundings. When first greeted, she was excited to see a friendly face and happy to go for a walk. Once out and about, she stayed close, often keeping near walls or trying to walk behind for comfort ❤️‍🩹 She softly accepted pets and even gave a few sweet kisses, showing us the loving companion she truly is. She appears to be a little nervous and possibly sad as she adjusts to her new environment. Jenny is looking for a patient and caring home that will give her the time she needs to feel safe again.
