@cakeontherun: My healthy breakfast cake recipe. Makes 2 mini pots: 🍓 4 heaped tbsp any oats, blended 🍓 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt 🍓 1 egg 🍓 1/3 tsp baking powder 🍓 2 tsp strawberry jam 🍓 Extra yoghurt to serve 1️⃣ Put everything (except jam) into 2 mini ovenproof pots and stir until thick and creamy. Spoon 1 tsp jam into the middle of each one, covering with a bit of the mixture. 2️⃣ Air fry for 8 mins, oven bake for 15 mins on 180C or microwave on high for 90 seconds. 3️⃣ Serve with extra yoghurt. #fyp #foryou #foryoupage #healthyfood #greekyoghurt
