I felt confused at the start because though I was anxious I felt contend, I never had to beg him to like me so I thought my feelings weren’t real because it was so calm, I realised that love isn’t alway about butterflies, it’s about feeling so incredibly calm and safe to be yourself.

the nervous system triggers tho... i had to stop and reflect a LOT. I spiraled into triggers in the beginning but i also noticed, this was about ME and how i experienced relationships so far. Just that was a huge benefit to learn.
