@heartstate_with_andrea: So I just got off my delta flight from Sarasota in Atlanta - am heading to Colorado Springs, and there was this man standing with my name on his phone. I go, "I'm Andrea Miller," and he says, "Oh, are you ready to be surprised and delighted?" Meanwhile, I was thinking somebody in my family had died, because there was somebody standing there waiting for me to get off of my connecting flight, but he had a big smile on his face so i was more confused than concerned. When he said, "Want a ride to your next gate?" it was like, "Well, yeah, why not?" such a fun, memorable VIP experience! The only problem now, Delta: You have set a whole new bar for me! Genuinely, I don't think I can take the plane train ever again (Oh! And @United Airlines: As a 1K member, I want you to know you're on notice. 🤣🙄) Thank you @delta and thank you Zac!
