Also always check the roof before purchasing so many people forget to check the roof before purchasing if there’s rips if there’s tears if there’s cracks in the membrane of the roof or in the seals around the AC or the vents, there can be water damage there me personally I reseal our membrane once a year to every two years depending on where we’re living in Arizona, we did it every year and if it starts getting too bad, we replaced the entire membrane, but those should last about 5 to 10 years if you’re taking good care of it
