@adri.createugc: My idea of dinner is always something hearty and full of flavor! That is why I added La Costeña chipotle peppers to this chuck roast. I let it cook on medium for 3 hours while it absorbed all of the spices in this tiny can. I made quick quesadillas and placed the pulled roast over it. Dinner served!
