its really realism, its cruel and not for everyone but it perfectly depict our world, for the one who are saying "megan is missing" it wasnt in any way feticised, it was real, cruel in a disturbing way, but they depict it perfectly, they didnt show, they just make you feel what you have to feel, terror and disgust, without any kind of sexualization of the scene
