@marcelcanuck: I’ve been working on the aerial shouldermount flip directly to aerial football grip aerial invert transition all week. My back was stiff and I felt really weak today, but I tried anyways to put it into a 2min power combo, and somehow I pulled it off! The transition isn’t smooth or elegant yet , but I was so happy I did it! Now I need to work on making it smoother and faster, not just hang there for a second between the SM flip and the aerial football grip invert. What a sport pole is, I love it!  I’ve been working on the aerial shouldermount flip directly to aerial football grip aerial invert transition all week.
