@joycethedentist: Here’s a simple way to tell if your teeth are actually clean. For 10 seconds, run your tongue along all surfaces of your teeth. Front. Back. Tops. Along the gumline. If it feels fuzzy or rough, that’s biofilm. Plaque, bacteria, and sometimes early buildup that you missed. Go back and brush or floss those areas again until it feels completely smooth, almost like glass. If it still feels rough, that buildup may have hardened and needs a professional cleaning.
