After months of waiting, Jade finally opened its doors and had its soft opening in Salem!I remember seeing the first paper sign on their door last year and immediately knowing I had to try it, so yes, I’ve been WAITING, waiting for this one. And honestly? SOOooooOo worth it. Everything we tried was delicious. I try to go more in-depth in my video (sorry my voiceover is not synced with each food shot and I babble a lot), but overall, nothing missed. I went with a party of four, and we shared everything! Everyone was happy, no major complaints and it is not extremely overpriced. My only minuscule complaint was wishing for some kind of gyoza sauce with the pan-seared dumplings, but food-wise? Bomb 🔥 Their menu is huge and includes: Xiao Long Bao, pan-fried and steamed buns, dumplings, wontons, dim sum, noodles, fried noodles, fried rice, dry pot, cold dishes, many meats, soups, and vegetable dishes. 🌟 Charlennecuisine's MUST orders: * Spicy wontons * Soup dumplings You have to get those! Service-wise, I’m going to give a little grace since they just opened. One of the workers wasn't very knowledgeable about their menu (couldn't recommend/suggest anything), and service was a bit slow (it wasn't super packed when we arrived). We had to wait a while before anyone ever came back to take our order. But again, it's a new restaurant, so I get it. I do hope they staff up a bit because I already know this place is going to pop off and get busy here in Salem.
