A makeup wipe or a dry spooly, run it through your eyebrows lightly to remove excess product, if using a spooly you’ll want to wipe it off on either a tissue or a makeup wipe, then use a clean spooly or other eyebrow brush to neaten the brows with whatever product is left on them
