@menopausewithpetra: I am often asked what am I supposed to do with it now?! So here’s how I do it! I’m on four pumps of estrogel day, I do two in the morning and two in the evening. Swipe, one wipe on the inner thigh and so there’s no waste, excess on the outer arm. Same on the other side and same in the evening. Then wait! Let it sink in. If you rub it in too much, you are literally rubbing it off and there’s no benefit to that! Now I am single, I know right, shocker! So I don’t have to consider partner, kids or pets. If you do keep them away from you whilst it sinks in. And no I don’t wash my hands after because it has sunk in and I don’t like waste!!! Just make sure you don’t touch anything whilst you are waiting! So come on! How do you do yours?!

I have estrogen pessaries and cream. Obviously I know what to do with pessaries what would you suggest with the cream.
