I always read the labels and alani has more caffein than a regular Starbucks with 4 shots of coffee. This alone is big red flag about this beverage. I googled and compared it to red bull too and found out it has more caffein than red bull. Scary

I have repeatedly asked people to educate themselves about energy drink and also drinks like Gatorade. if you are NOT working out compensatory to the drinks design and PURPOSE DO NOT drink them. they are not meant for casual consumption. period.
