Don’t think it’s same face syndrome, I think people just can’t tell the difference in your art style, some may be similar faces but that’s normal with human looking faces. You draw a lot of characters so it’s natural for them to be similar, some people most likely can’t see the difference when they see a general look at your many characters but it’s definitely not same face syndrome.

for me i think they kind of all have the same oval-ish shape and theres not a lot of variety between different things like forehead, cheeks, and chin ratios :0 but you also have a very consistent artstyle so it might be that as well. I think what they interpreted as same-face syndrome is the way you draw your faces; unique and very trademarked in a way that you can clearly see the pattern in all the characters! The looks are very coherent and united when all the characters are put in the same piece—basically you've mastered your style really well throughout a variety of face shapes—delicious.
