Perfect for a quick dinner Ingredients: • 200 g pasta • 250 g shrimp • Olive oil • 1 large onion (finely chopped) • 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped) • Cherry tomatoes • 250 ml heavy cream • 1 ladle pasta water • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp Italian herbs • Salt & black pepper • Parmesan (to taste) • Mozzarella (to taste) • Fresh herbs • Chili flakes Instructions: Cook pasta and save pasta water. Sauté shrimp in olive oil, add a little salt, then remove. In the same pan add butter, onion and garlic, cook until soft. Add paprika, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Add cherry tomatoes and cook briefly. Pour in heavy cream and pasta water. Add parmesan and mozzarella, mix until creamy. Return shrimp and add pasta.
