@saral3in_: My favourite way to make creamy spicy rapokki! 🔥 Ingredients: • 1 tbsp unsalted butter • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced • 1½ cups hot water • 1 tbsp gochujang • 1 tsp gochugaru (adjust to taste) • 1 tsp white sugar or rice syrup • 2 tbsp heavy cream • Pinch of salt (to taste) • 1 pack ramen noodles • 1 cup rice cakes (tteok) • ½ cup mozzarella cheese • Chopped green onions (for garnish) Instructions: Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in hot water, gochujang, and gochugaru. Stir until dissolved and simmering. Add sugar (or rice syrup) to balance the spice. Stir in heavy cream, then let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened. Add ramen noodles and rice cakes. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender and flavorful. Sprinkle mozzarella on top, cover, and let it melt until gooey. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately while hot 🔥
