Ingredients: 1 small pack silken tofu 1 can tuna, drained 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes) 1/2 tbsp cooking oil 1/2 tbsp sesame oil 1/2 tbsp garlic 1 tbsp green onion 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp dashi (I used tuna umami seasoning) 1/2 tbsp salt 1 egg 200ml water Steps: 1. Fry garlic, green onion, and gochugaru in cooking oil on medium heat until fragrant 2. Add tuna, water, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and bring it to boil 3.
