I was just owing 7000 and they charge me extra 7000 because I did not make arrangements to settle my debt, image after paying 7000 cash and they send me another bill of 7000 saying it is their lawyers fees, I was so defeated 😭😭

Some of us don’t have a problem with paying levies but the main problem is we are paying levies for nothing as the building is not maintained at all but when you complain they send u a break down of what are you paying on paper but physically we are not seeing it

Csos never helped me. i wrote to them requesting help about the breakfown . i wanted a breakdown because i couldnt understand as to how they arrived at a milillion because between 2021 and 2025 i was paying 5000 religiously. their lawyer told me that the 5000 is noyhing cause it goes to the 25% interest levied

They are charging me legal fees every month so I m given x3 invoices monthly, again they have deactivated my access electronically I must sign manual on the security register in and out everytime. I m owing 90 000 and this is my third year residing at these estate.

Each owner has fiduciary responsibility to ensure financial stability of complex. If every 2nd unit did not pay, the complex would be bankrupt.
