And I kept it simple: • short, direct proposals • focused on THEIR problem, not my resume • clear outcome of what I could do for them You don’t need thousands of people watching you. You need a few people ready to pay you. ⭐️4. I automated everything with AI Once I had clients, I didn’t try to do everything manually. I used AI to: • write and refine ad copy • generate ideas faster • streamline repetitive tasks • speed up delivery AI didn’t replace me. It made me faster and more efficient. This is where things start to scale. Because now you’re not trading time for money the same way. ⭐️5. I delegated the work This is the real shift. Most people get stuck here because they think: “No one can do it as well as me” That mindset keeps you small. I outsourced the execution to skilled freelancers.
