My recipe only takes 5 min to prep and 22 min to bake. ▢ ¾ cup Japanese sweet potato, cooked and mashed ▢ 2 eggs ▢ ⅓ cup milk, any kind ▢ 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, or honey; adjust to taste ▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ▢ ½ cup all-purpose flour, oat flour, or 1-1 GF ▢ 1 teaspoon baking powder ▢ ½ teaspoon baking soda ▢ salt, pinch ▢ cinnamon, optional Bake at 350F for 18-22 min. Mine took 22.
