@zoelaura36: more and more people are suffering with mental health and sadly can't get appointments to even just see a dr and then when you do you are then on a very long waiting list to he able to see somebody else. so the drs just send you away with a prescription and your life becomes a waiting game. Just having someone you can talk to or just rant about things and not have the other person say anything back, having someone there as a sounding board can help and does help. basically I am here if anyone genuinely needs to talk. you dont have to feel lost or alone. #MentalHealth #mentalhealthmatters #bekind #itsoktonotbeok
