not to be dramatic but these changed my life✨ recipe👇🏼 dough.. 3/4 cup warm milk 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast 1/3 cup sugar (use 1 tbsp of this for the yeast mixture) 3 cups of all purpose flour 1 egg + 1 yolk 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of vanilla 1/4 cup butter, softened 1/4 cup of warm heavy cream (this will be poured over the rolls before baking) brownie batter filling.. 1/2 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 3 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp of flour 1 tsp vanilla + brownie pieces i used leftover brownies i had but you can use store bought frosting.. 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp heavy cream Combine the warm milk, yeast, and 1 tablespoon of the sugar. Stir gently and let it sit for 10 min until foamy. In a large bowl, combine the flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Mix until a dough forms, add the softened butter then knead for 8–10 min until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1hr. While the dough rises, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside. Punch down the risen dough and roll it into a rectangle. Spread the brownie batter evenly over the dough. Add the brownie pieces. Cut the dough into even strips, then gently roll each strip into a spiral shape. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30–45 min, or until puffy. Pour a bit of warm heavy cream over the rolls. Bake at 350 for 25–30 min, or until the tops are lightly golden and the centers are cooked through. Beat together the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder, and heavy cream, until light and fluffy. Let the rolls cool for about 10 min before spreading the frosting over the top. Top with extra chocolate chips and brownie pieces. #fyp #baking #trending #foryoupage #viral
