If you’re not in it, you don’t understand it. Being one was truthfully my dream vision growing up. To be able to constantly provide comfort, safety, connection, and nurture my babies myself. To pour myself into them each and every day. To watch my efforts as a parent pay off, be there to see their “firsts” I haven’t lost myself in motherhood. I have found myself. I have never been so confident in my abilities, things haven’t ever felt this natural. Motherhood has taught me patience, to slow down, to soften.
