I thought she just reacted to someone making a loud noise during a quiet part of the concert? The fact that’s it’s a cultural thing doesn’t really seem relevant? It’s not good concert etiquette to shout out during the quiet parts and seems pretty understandable for her to react to that.

also, she stated she couldn't hear or see the woman and didn't understand what was happening until after and she saw the video. she educated herself and seeks to do better in the future. this wasn't her being intentionally harmful, just confusion in a loud and bright setting
